1.2. Incorrect Item Received:
- If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

1.3. Change of Mind:
- For non-defective items, if you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the product, you may return it within 14days of receiving the product.

However, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and labels attached.

2.2. Return Authorization:
- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

2.3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

3. Refund and Exchange Process

3.1. Refund:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 30 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

3.2. Exchange:
- If you opted for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item as soon as the return is processed. You will receive a confirmation email with the new tracking details.

4. Exceptions

4.1. Non-Returnable Items:
